We use only top quality epoxy and polyester coatings. Powder coating is an environmentally safe finish. There are no fumes, carcinogens or hazardous by-products associated with powder coating. The process provides a durable, long lasting decorative finish to products made of steel or alluminium.Examples: garden furniture, wheel rims, car parts, motor cycle frames, electrical distribution boards, alluminium shop fronts and windows .

We have a 6 stage washing, acid dipping and phosphate facility. The chemicals are kept at optimum strengths and are tested regularly for best results. We can accommodate items of up to 2.5 meters in length.
Our standard turn around time is 2-5 days for most applications, and pick up / delivery is available. Same day service is available if the items are brought to us early enough.
